    But who said it would have to be a completely sealed space? I think it’s a fun idea. Your imagination isn’t meant to be such a prison. Look, anyone can design an emergency escape route.

    Build in a shuttered window/fire door. Have a fallback lock, operated manually. Install smoke alarms. Add a trap door.
